Rolling hills, dry brush, and blowing dust permeate everything produced by Derelict Electric. The aesthetic connects to memories of the old dilapidated barn collapsing onto itself in a forgotten pasture, or the 40 watt bulb hanging from a cord and swinging from the rafter of a rotting shed.

Derelict Electric is forgotten by time and misused. It does not need us to keep existing as it always has.

Whether it is a musical production, a custom effects pedal, or an effort to teach, Derelict Electric will bring its unique approach and feel into the world. It isn’t anything new. It has been in the grit sweeping across the plain for all time.
